I did this about 6 years ago in my transition from advertising to real estate — something closer to my heart/interests. Bad timing initially (beginning of the slump), but I've stuck with it and am now seeing the "upswing." Part of it was a desire to make money doing something I actually enjoy, and part of it was to guide people through an expensive & important process the way I would want to be guided. Great advice!
